Getting Help While You Hunt

Campaign Questions If a qualifying game round is not registering against your Prize Hunters progress, reach our support team via live chat directly from the lobby page. They can check your account transaction log and confirm eligibility within the session.
Reward Claim Issues When a milestone reward does not appear in your account balance after triggering, submit a ticket with your round reference number. Our team traces the round ID against the campaign record and resolves it without you needing to re-enter any game.
Account Verification Some reward tiers require a verified account before the payout posts. Complete your account verification under profile settings — upload the requested document once and it covers all future Prize Hunters payouts going forward.
sout777 What Prize Hunters Actually Offers You

What Prize Hunters Actually Offers You

Prize Hunters runs across a curated set of titles in our lobby — including Crash Lightning, Gates of Olympus, and Aviator — where each qualifying round contributes to a running reward tally on your account. Pragmatic Play and PG Soft slots carry the bulk of eligible rounds, while Evolution live tables cover the live casino side. Progress resets on the schedule shown

inside the campaign panel, so checking in regularly matters. Your account dashboard shows exactly where you stand, which titles still count toward your current milestone, and what reward fires when you hit the next threshold. No separate opt-in is needed once your account is active.

How We Keep Prize Hunters Honest

Provider-Certified RNG

Every slot and crash title inside Prize Hunters uses a certified random number generator from its original studio — Pragmatic Play, PG Soft or similar. RTP figures are shown only where the provider exposes them directly in the game interface.

Campaign Rules Published

The full Prize Hunters campaign rules — qualifying titles, milestone thresholds, reward values and reset schedules — are published in the promotions section of your account before you start playing, not after.

Round Audit Trail

Each qualifying round generates a verifiable round ID stored against your account. If a progress discrepancy appears, our team cross-references that ID with the studio's server log, so disputes are resolved on evidence, not estimates.

Studio Accountability

We only list Prize Hunters-eligible titles from studios that publish independent audit records — Evolution for live tables, Pragmatic Play and PG Soft for slots. Games from studios that do not meet that standard are not included in the campaign.

Prize Hunters Terms You Should Know

What is a milestone threshold in Prize Hunters?

A milestone threshold is the cumulative qualifying-round count or wager total you must reach before a reward fires on your account. Each Prize Hunters campaign publishes its own threshold values inside the promotions panel.

What does 'qualifying round' mean in this campaign?

A qualifying round is any single game round on an eligible title that counts toward your Prize Hunters progress. Rounds on non-listed games do not contribute, even if they settle during the campaign period.

What is a campaign reset in Prize Hunters?

A campaign reset is when the progress counter returns to zero at the end of a defined period. The reset schedule — daily, weekly or event-based — is shown in the Prize Hunters campaign panel before it applies to your account.

What does RTP mean for Prize Hunters slots?

RTP (Return to Player) is the percentage of total wagers a slot returns over many rounds. For Prize Hunters titles, RTP figures are displayed only where the game provider itself exposes the stat inside the game window.

What is a reward tier in Prize Hunters?

A reward tier is a ranked level within the campaign structure. Reaching higher tiers typically unlocks larger reward values. Your current tier and the gap to the next one are visible on your account progress tracker during an active campaign.

What does 'eligible title' mean in Prize Hunters context?

An eligible title is a specific game — such as Aviator, Gates of Olympus or Crash Lightning — that has been confirmed by us as counting toward Prize Hunters progress. The full list is published in the campaign panel and updated before each new period.

Common Questions About Prize Hunters on sout777

These are the questions we see most from Bangladesh players exploring Prize Hunters for the first time. Each answer reflects how the campaign actually runs on our platform — not a general description.

The eligible title list is published in the Prize Hunters campaign panel on your account. It typically includes crash games like Aviator and Crash Lightning, Pragmatic Play slots like Gates of Olympus, and selected Evolution live tables. The list is confirmed before each campaign period starts.

Once your sout777 account is active and verified, Prize Hunters participation is automatic for listed titles. You do not re-register each period. Check the campaign panel to confirm the current period is live before you start a session.

Your progress tracker sits inside your account dashboard, under the active promotions section. It shows rounds completed, your current reward tier and how many qualifying rounds remain before the next milestone fires.

Any progress below the minimum milestone threshold at the time of a reset does not carry forward. Rewards already credited to your account before the reset stay in your balance. The next campaign period starts fresh from zero for all participants.

Prize Hunters is available to all eligible account holders in supported regions of Bangladesh, including players in Dhaka. Access depends on your local law and the eligible regions confirmed at the time you open your account.

When you hit a milestone, the reward posts directly to your sout777 account balance. From there you can use it on further qualifying rounds or withdraw it through your usual method — the same account wallet you fund your sessions with.
